Terms of Service

Effective date: July 12, 2026

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Purify LLC ("Purify," "we," "us"), based in Salt Lake City, Utah. By using try-purify.com, the Purify apps, or the restaurant dashboard (together, the "Service"), you agree to them.

2. What the Service is

Purify lets diners at participating restaurants browse menus, receive personalized recommendations, place orders, and request their server. It gives restaurants a dashboard with live orders, server calls, menu management, and aggregate analytics.

3. Accounts

You can browse without an account. If you create one, give us accurate information and keep your credentials to yourself — you're responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time (see our privacy policy).

4. Orders and payment

When you place an order through Purify, it's an offer to the restaurant, which prepares and fulfills it. Pricing, availability, preparation, and payment are between you and the restaurant. Purify transmits your order; we don't cook it, and we aren't a party to the sale.

5. Acceptable use

  • Don't misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or access it by any means other than the interfaces we provide.
  • Don't scrape, copy, or resell Service content or data.
  • Don't place fraudulent orders or send abusive server requests.
  • Don't use the Service for anything unlawful.

6. Restaurant subscriptions

Restaurants start with a free 60-day pilot; after that the Service is $149/month, cancelable anytime. Current pricing is described on our For Restaurants page. We may change pricing with reasonable notice before your next billing period.

7. Intellectual property

Purify owns the Service, its software, and its branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service as intended. Restaurants keep ownership of their menus and content and grant us a license to display them through the Service. If you send us feedback, we can use it without obligation.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Recommendations reflect your taste profile — they are suggestions, not medical, dietary, or allergen advice. Menu information is provided by restaurants and may contain errors; if you have an allergy or dietary restriction, always confirm directly with the restaurant before ordering.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purify LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or harms the Service or its users.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
